The Team

Our core team consists of three employees who have been working together for more than 10 years combined: Gabe Bove, Emily Stouffer, and Joe Bove have collectively participated in the construction of more than 7,000 multifamily homes.

Gabe is responsible for all real estate development and design-build construction activities. Project accounting, trade contracts, insurance, interior design, property management, and branding oversight are Emily’s expertise. Joe is a licensed professional engineer specializing in leading and executing construction projects, pre-development planning, and the acquisition of new development opportunities.
